Instructions
Spread mayonnaise or butter on one side of each bread slice.
Place two slices, buttered side down, onto a heated skillet over medium heat.
Layer each slice with turkey, cheddar cheese, and any desired toppings.
Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
Grill until the bottom is golden brown, about 3–4 minutes, then carefully flip and cook the other side until cheese is melted.
Slice and serve hot!
Notes
You can substitute cheddar with Swiss or provolone. Add Dijon mustard for a tangy twist!
