Ingredients
  

Sandwich Ingredients

  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 4 oz sliced turkey breast deli-style or leftover
  • 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise or butter for spreading on bread
  • optional toppings sliced tomato, red onion, or baby spinach

Instructions
 

  • Spread mayonnaise or butter on one side of each bread slice.
  • Place two slices, buttered side down, onto a heated skillet over medium heat.
  • Layer each slice with turkey, cheddar cheese, and any desired toppings.
  • Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
  • Grill until the bottom is golden brown, about 3–4 minutes, then carefully flip and cook the other side until cheese is melted.
  • Slice and serve hot!

Notes

You can substitute cheddar with Swiss or provolone. Add Dijon mustard for a tangy twist!
